AbstractArticle describes an automated telephone message created in part by local political pundit Rich Nadler prior to the November 2002 election. The message, which was sent to some Kansas City voters, included criticisms of the Kansas City School District, as well as Emanuel and Diane Cleaver's sending their children to private schools.
