AbstractArticle reporting the death of Missouri Senator Harry Wiggins at age 71. Wiggins' political career spanned 28 years in the state Senate, where he represented a large portion of Kansas City, Missouri.
NotesHighlights of Wiggins political career included handling legislation for the 911 emergency telephone number, bistate tax authority for Kansas City, and early childhood development screening. Wiggins never missed a roll-call vote in the Senate.
