AbstractArticle with map illustration and photograph detailing the sale of buildings along Delaware Street in the River Market area. Eleven of the most historic buildings in the area are being sold for a reported $17 million. They are being purchased by 300 Delaware Investors LLC involving downtown developers Brad Nicholson and Tom Trabon. These buildings "already have been renovated into 167 apartments and 87,000 square feet of retail space".
NotesOther major developments in the River Market area include: A $22 million headquarters for HOK Sport+Venue+Event at 3rd and Wyandotte, the $15 million Bridgeworks Lofts development at 5th and Locust, a condo renovation at 1st and Main, and a multi-unit condo project is under construction at 5th and Delaware.
