Henning was 93 when he died March 25, 2005 and was a native of Independence, Missouri. He sang on radio station KMBC and was also an actor, disc jockey and news announcer for the station. |
| Notes | When he shot several episodes of 'The Beverly Hillbillies' in Silver Dollar City, Mo., Henning was taken with an unspoiled section of the mountains. He bought a large parcel, which is now the Ruth and Paul Henning State Forest. His wife, Ruth Henning, died in 2002. |
