| Title | $1 Million Makes a Big Difference |
| Abstract | The Black Archives of Mid-America will have a new home at a former park maintenance building at 17th Street and Woodland Avenue. The building already houses the Full Employment Council, but needs structural improvements. The city had to come up with an extra $1 million to cover higher than expected bids for the project. |
