AbstractSeries of three articles about the historic 18th and Vine Jazz District: 1) "Nightlife in District Meant a Good Time at Region's Best Clubs;" 2) "Mutual Musicians Still Making Noise;" and 3) "Charlie Parker's Impact Stays with Hometown." The first article spotlights many of the notorious nightclubs that were located near 18th & Vine including the Orchid Room, Fox Tavern, Mardi Gras, and El Captain Cocktail Lounge.
