Originally the American Hereford Association Building at 300 West 11th Street, on the northwest corner of 11th & Central, the building has new signage on the front of building indicating it is now the Financial Assurance Building. Looking north, northwest. The building became the Ararat Shrine Temple in 1953 when the American Hereford Association moved to 11th and Hereford Drive. As of 2010, this building serves as offices for several businesses.
