The document is signed by Henry G. Hillier, Secretary, and Howard R. Driggs, President. Includes a color tinted map showing the various trails west. Lower part shows a wagon train image. Includes the organization's seal and two medallion images, one representing the Pony Express and one the Oregon Trail. Presented in 1960 according to letter attached to the back.
