General Baron Jacques (Belgium); General Armando Vittorio Diaz (Italy); Marshal Ferdinand Foch (France); General John J. Pershing, Commander of the American Expeditionary Forces; and Admiral David Earl Beatty, Commander of the British Navies. The commanders' signatures are located at the bottom of the image. Photograph was taken while the men were in Kansas City at the land dedication for the Liberty Memorial, November 1, 1921.
