This specially-designed train travelled the country from 1947 to 1949 with displays of historically significant historical documents, including the Bill of Rights and the Emancipation Proclamation. The Freedom Train stopped in Kansas City June 6-7, 1948. Airplanes flying in formation are passing overhead.
