The high school was built in 1908, and the middle school was built in 1924 as a junior high school, and served as Kansas City Junior College from 1942 to 1969, and then a temporary location for Manual High School from 1969 to 1977, then returned to use as a junior high, and later middle, school. Both school buildings were closed by the Kansas City School District in 2010, and sold to private developers in 2014.

It was demolished in early 1998 and the site used for a parking lot. The Old Westport Cashsaver grocery store can be seen to the north of the building.

The Montrose Apartments were demolished in early 1998 and the site was used for a parking lot.

Photograph circa 1980s of a single family home at 3932 Central Street, built ca 1885. Recognized in the Historic Inventory of the State Historical Survey and Planning Office in 1976 as the Charles N. Price Residence. Price who was City Marshall for Westport Missouri in 1887. Located in the Westport neighborhood, as of 2018, the home appears to have been significantly renovated.
