Multiple mergers resulted in the Manor label becoming part of Colonial Bakery, which continued to operate in the space through 1986, when the buildings were included in a major mixed-use redevelopment project that included the construction of the Manor Square building on the southwest corner of the block.

The Price Candy Company Building, occupied by the Foolkiller Theater company, can be seen on the northwest corner of the intersection.
