Magazine gives the history of the house at 5730 Ward Parkway, the Symphony Designers' Showhouse in both 1993 and 2008. The house was built in 1917 and first occupied by the William W. Meriwether family. Other families included the John H. Bracken, Albert F. Harris, Ken and Joanna Dawson, and Michael Sigler, and Maria Kunstadter families.
