Scrapbook page containing seven advertising cards and a newspaper clipping. The clipping says: "Mr. Nathan Degginger of Kansas City was in our office on Saturday. He and his sister, Bertha, always take in the Sparks Picnic. This is their old home and they have many friends here." Four oval cards each show a woman in the traditional dress of an unidentified country. Two cards show a hand and flowers, one with a fan. One large (18 x 22 cm.) card shows a basket of flowers.

Advertising card for Buford & George Imp. Co., agents to the "Rock Island Plow Co./ Successors to B. D. Buford & Co., Rock Island, Ills.." Front of card shows a portrait of a woman in profile. Card is cut in the shape of a fan. Front of card has damage obscuring text but says: ?ǣPatent applied...Sacke[tt,] Wilhelms & [Betz]ig, New York.?ǥ Back of card has advertising copy about "The Buford Oblique Wheel Landside Sulky...'The King of Sulky Plows'.." It has images of this plow, the "Buford Steel Beam Clipper," and "The Buford Tongueless Cultivator," and the Rock Island Plow Company's buildings. A faint stamp on back of card identifies the Buford & George Imp. Co. as agents in Kansas City, Mo. No street address is given.
