Gallery owners Bill Brady and John O'Brien, along with West Bottoms developers Bill Haw and Bill Haw, Jr., are collaborating to rebrand the area and attract "creative class" businesses. Other tenants scheduled to move into the space at 15th and Genesee include Amigoni Urban Winery and KEM architects
