The card has two pieces (the woman's shoulders and the fan) held together with a small metal grommet that allows them to move. On the fan are the words: "In ambush." Back of card gives addresses for New York headquarters and Sultana Mills and says: "150 branch Houses in the United States." Kansas City address is not given.
