Each card is 4 x 7 cm. and shows a portrait of and identifies an athlete and, usually, their sport. All but one card says: "Allen and Ginter's Cigarettes, Richmond. Virginia." Billiards, shooting, boxing, rowing, and baseball are included. Athletes shown: Shooters, Miss Annie Oakley, Capt. A. H. Bogardus, Dr. W. F. Carver;Billiard players, M.
