The reverse side of the card reads: "Open Hearth Charcoal Broilers at Webb & Marlo's Hereford House in Kansas City where the Hereford is king and steaks are deliciously broiled before your eyes...plus fine wines and cocktails served in an atmosphere reminiscent of the old west combined with a bit of New Orleans charm. Our Pizza Pie Made with finest oil and Cheeses." An advertisement, also on the reverse side of the card reads" "Good for a Hereford House 'Special Treat' If Presented (when ordering dinner) Before July 31, 1964."

A notice printed on the reverse states that this is a souvenir menu and that prices and descriptions of menus items may not be current.
