Music Hall Shake-Up In Works
-
Description
-
The league paragraph of the story states: "Theater League, a nonprofit organization that has presented Broadway musicals and plays for 30 years, could be ousted from the Music Hall and replaced by a company that presents Broadway shows across North America." The group being considered is called Live Nation and if approved by the City Council would be the new tenant beginning with the 2007-2008 season. The $14 million dollar renovation of Music Hall will be complete by then. Live Nation is also allied with Starlight Theatre.
