Tax Credits Help Revamp Regis Hotel

Article announces that the Missouri Housing Development Commission has approved $13.5 million in tax credits to restore the historic St. Regis Hotel, located at the intersection of Linwood Avenue and the Paseo Boulevard. Chuck Gaston, a member of the St. Regis development team, is interviewed and provides details concerning the project. Other projects up for consideration to receive tax credits from the MHDC, notably the Folgers Coffee building, are mentioned.
