Photograph of a Colonial Bakery truck at the loading docks of the Manor Bakery building at 4020-50 Pennsylvania Avenue in the early 1980s, looking southwest from Mill Street. The buildings served as the bakery and distribution center for Manor Bakery beginning in 1925. Multiple mergers resulted in the Manor label becoming part of Colonial Bakery, which continued to operate in the space through 1986, when the buildings were included in a major mixed-use redevelopment project that included the construction of the Manor Square building on the southwest corner of the block.
