Its local projects include the spire on One Kansas City Place, the Sky Stations on Bartle Hall, and the Kansas City Star press building. The Smithsonian's National Museum of the American Indian and The National Building Museum in Washington and The Museum of Glass in Tacoma, Washington, are among its many installations elsewhere.

Short article about Mineral Hall (4340 Oak St.) and its ornate front entrance, billed as "the most photographed door in Kansas City." Mineral Hall was built in 1903 by architect Louis Curtiss. It was originally the home of mining magnate Roland Bruner but is now part of the Kansas Cit Art Institute.
