Frank Morgan died in 1993 and was very influential in the development of the Kansas City metro area. He "had a hand in the construction of Town Pavilion, One Kansas City Place and 12 Wyandotte Plaza, among other projects. In Johnson County, Morgan sold some of the property that became Corporate Woods, built Metcalf South Shopping Center and Oak Park Mall, and helped bring about the development of Executive Hills office park. In the Northland, his imprint is on Executive Hills North and Metro North Mall."
