Her photograph is included on each card as well as some of her writings. Also included are poems and excerpts concerning her from various publications. Folder includes photocopied correspondence consisting of two letters written by Dr. Katharine B. Richardson addressed to Mrs. E.M. Ellis of Memphis, Tennessee. Information about the hospital is part of the contents. Also contains a typed letter to Mrs. Ellis from Lena M. Dagley, dated June 5, 1935. A printed hospital report for the year 1941 and a publication of the Mercy Hospital Century Club announcing a benefit featuring the Dorothy Perkins Dancers are also in the folder.
