Photograph circa 1980s of the apartment building at 300-306 West Armour Boulevard. It was placed on the National Register of Historic Places as part of the Armour Boulevard Multiple Resource Area in 1983 and on the the Kansas City Register of Historic Places as part of the Old Hyde Park Historic District in 1994. According to the National Register, it was called the Cleveland Arms Apartments at some point but at the point the National Register was published, it was called the Ellison Hotel. Built in 1927 and designed by architect Nelle E. Peters, it is located in the Midtown neighborhood.
