Makeover for Gillham Will Ease Traffic
-
Description
-
The section of Gillham Road that sweeps between Children's Mercy Hospital and the back of the Hyatt Regency Crown Center is set for a major makeover. At this area Gillham Road, Oak, 22nd, and Locust come together for a dangerous intersection. "The new design will straighten much of the curve in Gillham Road, as well as widen 22nd Street to make it a better east-west connector." The first phase should be done by September of 2007. Includes a diagram of area.
