The menu is signed by actor George McFarland, known for his role as "Spanky" in the Our Gang (also known as The Little Rascals) films. Printed on the front are the names Jack Webb and Joe Marlo as hosts. A notice printed on the reverse states that this is a souvenir menu and that prices and descriptions of menus items may not be current.

The downtown Hereford House resturant was demolished February 3, 2010. The Anderson Restaurant Group, which owned the restaurant, opened the Prime Rib Grill nearby and is looking for a new downtown location for the Hereford House.
