-
Black and white print of a photograph mounted on foam core (20 x 24 in.) of the Kansas City Power and Light building during construction. Looking north along Baltimore from 15th Street. The Kansas City Power and Light Building, located on the northwest corner of Baltimore and 14th Street, was completed in 1931 and designed by the architectural firm, Hoit, Price & Barnes. A 97-foot tower sitting atop a 32-story building made this structure the tallest building in the state of Missouri at the time. It housed the Kansas City Power and Light Company until 1992.
