Union Hill's Future Builds Upon History

Article provides information concerning additional development in the Union Hill area south of Crown Center. A $50 million addition named Founders at Union Hill is planned with buildings named after several Kansas City greats who are buried near by in Union Cemetery. The area covered will be McGee Street between 29th and Gillham with a renovated Greenlease Cadillac Building on the east side and new buildings on the west. There will be commercial space, apartments, townhouses, and condominiums. Article includes a map and illlustration of residential buildings planned.
