Article with photo about the life and death of Ethel L. Buxton who died Nov. 2, 1968. She is remembered as the "daughter" of the 90th infantry division in Germany in World War I and as a concert singer in old Convention Hall in Kansas City as well as the Hotel de Pavillon and the Palais de Glace theater in Paris. She performed for doughboys throughout the German countryside and on troop ships, as well as singing for prisoners at Fort Leavenworth and Lansing.
