Photograph appears in the City Manager's annual report, 1947-48, p. 31, MVSC Q 092.52 K16 1940-48 and is captioned: "Chest x-ray." It also appears in the 1950 report on p. 50 and is captioned: "Over 20,000 x-rays are given each year as part of the health protection program. The X Ray is one of Kansas City's major weapons in its fight against tuberculosis." Image also found in MVSC Q 977.8411 K1631Y, p. 50.
