The entrance and box office for Paramount Theater at 1114 Main Street. The theater is showing Duel in the Jungle, with Jeanne Crain and Dana Andrews. A young woman staffs the ticket counter. This block was razed in the early 1970s and is now occupied by City Center Square.

The Midland Theater continues to operate as a performance and music venue, and as of 2010, is being operated by AMC Entertainment. The facility was renovated and reopened in late 2008.
