View facing south of the building, once located at 109 E. 12th Street, built in 1914 as the Regent Theater. When this image was captured, the building was occupied by the Pener's Fashion clothing store. The Danish Cinema adult theatre at 107 E. 12th Street can be seen. Pedestrians and a car traveling along 12th Street are in view.

Images 10026675, 10026676, 10026677, 10026678, 10026679, 10026680, 10026681, 10026682 and 10026683 all show buildings once located or still standing in the same area of downtown Kansas City. It is likely that they were used to document structures to be removed for the Tower Redevelopment urban renewal project.
