From 1978 to 1981 it served as the headquarters for architecture firm Kivett & Myers and their parent company, HNTB. It became the operations center for Republic Bank in 1983. The building appears to be undergoing renovations in the photograph, with a dumpster parked out front, but it is unclear whether it is the 1978 HNTB renovation or the 1981 Republic Bank project.
