Includes a description of the early electric city lights and cable cars, including an accident on the cars because of streets crowded with people trying to see the President, filling "Union avenue for half a mile in either direction." Priests of Pallas Parade, Exposition Building, Coates House hotel, Junction, Customs House, and new YMCA Building all visited by the President and his newlywed bride.
