Built in 1916, it was an elementary school until it closed in 1982 and sold, in 1984, to house a rehabilitation center and shelter. At some point in the late 1980s, the building was demolished. Photograph of the Admiral Arms Apartments at the northeast corner of Admiral Boulevard and Tracy Avenue, in the 1980s. Built circa 1910, the building originally opened as the Admiral Arms Apartments, and was redubbed the Park Plaza Apartments in 1940. The building is pictured with lower level windows are boarded up. Beginning in 1988, a major renovation returned it to use as 70+ unit apartment complex called Admiral Apartments.

Photograph of the Tiphereth Israel Hebrew Synagogue at the northwest corner of Admiral and Tracy in the 1980s. The building was constructed in 1920. In the late 1940s, the congregation relocated and the building was repurposed as a watchmaking school, and it later was occupied by Hazelle, Inc., a puppet manufacturer, from the early 1960s into the 1980s.
