The Windmoor Center will have four high-tech classrooms, and the Chapel's outside design mimics lace that "will pay homage to the academy's namesake, St. Teresa, the patron saint of lacemakers." The 10,000 square-foot building is targeted to open January 2012. The ground-breaking ceremony took place March 23, 2011.
