Owners of some of the condominiums in the Vanity Fair building at 700 W. 48th Street are suing the building manager over the ceramic heads perched on top of the building. They claim the heads are dangerous and want the defendant, Don Anderson, to remove them. The Kansas City Landmarks Commission is also thinking of suing Anderson in Municipal Housing Court.
