Nomination form for the National Register for the Roland Bruner residence, also known as "Mineral Hall" or "Ownby Hall," built in 1903-1904 at 4340 Oak Street by Henry Johnson and later owned by the Kansas City Art Institute, and designed by Kansas City architect Louis Curtiss in an "eclectic Prairie Style amalgam of Second Empire Art Nouveau and Neoclassic elements."
