Also mentioned is the Pencoyd Bridge, an 1892 structure orignally located just east of 2nd Street and Broadway; in January, 2006, the Pencoyd Bridge was moved across downtown Kansas City to serve as a pedestrian bridge linking Union Station and the Crossroads Arts District.
