Lee Building at 20th and Wyandotte streets and an eight-story structure at 2117 Broadway. They also plan to renovate the Argyle Building at 306 E. 12th Street into 100 market-rate apartments.

Conrad Properties plans to turn the building into a 175-room boutique hotel and begin the $30 million project within nine months. The Argyle Building was designed by Louis S. Curtiss and completed in 1905.
