Building contained mostly clothing related businesses which included: basement - Ti-Pi Company; 1st floor - Rose Mercantile Company; 2nd floor - Lan Mar Manufacturing Company; 3rd floor - Jenny Garments, Inc.; 4th floor - Herdan Morris Inc.; 5th floor - Danny Dare Boys Wear, Inc.; and 6th floor - Vic-Gene Manufacturing Company.
