Kansas City's Crystal Palace Bought

Article describes the building of the Crystal Palace for the agricultural exposition of 1887. The building stood between 13th and 14th streets and Agnes and Kansas avenues. "It had 17 acres of floor space with 80,000 square feet of glass forming its roof." The Palace was destroyed by fire in 1901.
