Photograph of the Seville Square shopping center, on the northwest corner of Nichols Road and Pennsylvania Avenue, in the late 1970s. The indoor shopping center included retail shops, restaurants, and other businesses. Designed by architect Clarence Kivett, Seville Square was renovated in the late 1970s from the Sears department store that stood on the site. Columbia Union National Bank can be seen in the background at left, facing Jefferson Street.

Photograph circa late 1970s looking west at the corner of 63rd Street and Baltimore Avenue, capturing several businesses on the south side of 63rd Street in the Brookside Shopping area. The strip of shops included the Berbiglia liquor store at 101 West 63rd Street, the Velvet Freeze Ice Cream at 103 West 63rd Street and Cap'n Kidd Travel Company at 107 West 63rd Street. The University Bank at 115 West 63rd Street is barely visible in the right side of the photo. Located in the Brookside neighborhood.
